These assessments are extensive and structured reports for clients with complex needs who may require 24/7 care or Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding packages via the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
SIL assessment reports include all of the vital information from our Functional Capacity Assessments, together with comprehensive additional recommendations on levels of care support, frequency and extent of need.
