Occupational Therapist


Jessica is an Occupational Therapist dedicated to supporting children and adults to engage meaningfully in their everyday lives. She brings a calm, collaborative, and client‑centred approach to her work, drawing on placement, work, and volunteer experience across paediatric, hospital, school, community, and mental health settings.

 

Jessica values working closely with clients, their families, and their wider support teams. She is committed to developing practical, occupation‑based strategies that fit easily and manageably into clients’ daily routines and lives at home, in education and in the community.

 

Jessica specialises in:

Supporting children and adults of all ages to build everyday functional skills

Designing family and client-centred therapy that reflects each client’s priorities, interests, and strengths

Working alongside families and clients with diverse needs

 

Also holding a Degree in Psychology, Jessica has always been passionate about promoting mental health and ensuring that all members of the community have opportunities to participate, succeed, and thrive across all of their life settings.

 

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys quality time with her husband and children. She maintains an active lifestyle and can be found at the gym early each morning. Jessica loves being outdoors, taking part in activities such as park runs, hiking, and kayaking. These pursuits help her stay focused, balanced and energised – ready to support her clients with clarity and purpose.
